1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PT Gami ("PT Gami," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PT Gami platform, website, and all related services available at ptgami.com.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with the PT Gami platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. This agreement takes effect the moment you complete account registration.
PT Gami reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the PT Gami platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
2 Eligibility
To register and use the PT Gami platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. PT Gami strictly prohibits underage gambling. Creating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your account is a serious violation of these Terms and of Philippine law.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the PT Gami platform. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own legal risk.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether imposed by PT Gami or through any regulatory self-exclusion programme.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of PT Gami or any of its affiliated companies.
PT Gami may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility may be forfeited.
3 Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one active PT Gami account. Attempting to open, operate, or benefit from multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any pending balances being forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. PT Gami is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information provided during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PT Gami login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any other person using your credentials — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify PT Gami immediately at support@ptgami.com.
PT Gami may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address or identity.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the PT Gami platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). PT Gami supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. PT Gami does not accept third-party deposits. If a third-party payment is detected, the funds may be returned to the source, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet channels. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 for e-wallet payouts and ₱500 for bank transfers. PT Gami does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. PT Gami processes standard withdrawals within 15 minutes to 1 hour under normal operating conditions. Larger jackpot withdrawals may require additional regulatory review and may take up to 48 hours to complete. PT Gami reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected.
PT Gami is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking maintenance windows, or technical issues outside our control.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
PT Gami offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.
The general conditions that apply to all PT Gami bonuses are as follows:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available to accounts that have not previously claimed the same offer.
- PT Gami reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already claimed it retain their existing bonus balance subject to the original terms.
- Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, the use of automated software, or any other fraudulent means — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or applied retroactively to bets already placed.
- PT Gami's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.

6 Gameplay Rules
All games available on the PT Gami platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.
Game outcomes — including the results of slot spins, card game hands, and sports betting events — are final once confirmed by the PT Gami system. Technical errors or software malfunctions that prevent a game from completing correctly may result in the bet being voided and the stake being returned to your wallet. In such cases, PT Gami's technical team will review the incident and communicate the resolution to the affected player.
For sports betting, PT Gami follows industry-standard settlement rules. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 24 hours of its scheduled start time without resumption, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed after an event has started are settled based on the final result of the event.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface. PT Gami reserves the right to impose bet limits on individual accounts if unusual patterns are detected.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PT Gami platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the PT Gami platform in place of a human player.
- Collusion with other players, PT Gami employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the PT Gami platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to support@ptgami.com immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
- Using the PT Gami platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
- Creating accounts under false identities, using stolen payment details, or submitting falsified verification documents.
- Any conduct designed to disrupt PT Gami's services, servers, or the experience of other players on the platform.
PT Gami monitors platform activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, PT Gami may suspend access pending investigation without prior notice.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the PT Gami platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PT Gami or its licensed content providers. These materials are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PT Gami platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any PT Gami content without prior written authorisation from PT Gami.
Any unauthorised use of PT Gami intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
9 Privacy and Data Protection
PT Gami collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account with PT Gami, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
PT Gami will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, regulatory bodies, and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform safely and in compliance with Philippine law.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact PT Gami's data protection officer at support@ptgami.com. PT Gami will respond to data-related requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
10 Responsible Gaming
PT Gami is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. PT Gami provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits from your account settings.
- Session reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
- Cool-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
- Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the PT Gami platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PT Gami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of access to the platform — arising from your use of or inability to use the PT Gami platform.
PT Gami's total liability to you for any direct damages arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount you deposited in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PT Gami is not responsible for any losses arising from: force majeure events, third-party payment system failures, internet outages, unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to protect your credentials, or your misunderstanding of game rules or promotional terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits PT Gami's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12 Amendments to These Terms
PT Gami may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PT Gami will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the PT Gami platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting our support team.
Minor changes — such as corrections to grammar, formatting improvements, or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights — may be made at any time without individual player notification, although the effective date on this page will always be updated.
13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to first contact PT Gami's customer support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. PT Gami will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and work toward a resolution within 30 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable Philippine arbitration body. PT Gami's decision on game-related disputes — including game outcome, bonus settlement, and account closure decisions — is final and not subject to external review except where required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
